Meet Therapist Karina Del Valle.

I’m passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges and find healing. With experience in treating mood disorders, anxiety, depression, and trauma-focused therapy, I strive to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel seen and valued. I also have experience working with individuals from diverse multicultural backgrounds and members of the LGBTQ+ community, understanding the deep connection between self-esteem, self-care, and navigating relationship or family conflicts.

Karina works exclusively with adults.

I truly believe in the resilience of every person, and my goal is to help clients reconnect with their strengths while offering compassion and guidance. I recently completed my EMDR training, and I’m excited to incorporate this powerful approach into my work, helping clients process difficult experiences and move forward with confidence.

Seeking help can be challenging, but you don’t have to go through it alone. Whether you're looking for support, new coping strategies, or space to process, I’ll meet you where you are and help you navigate the path ahead.

My goal is to create a safe, affirming space that fosters growth and self-exploration while meeting you exactly where you are in life. Together, we’ll explore what brought you to counseling, incorporate your values, and build coping and mindfulness skills to navigate stress and life’s ups and downs. I integrate approaches such as ACT, CBT, DBT, Person-Centered Therapy, and EMDR, tailoring them to best support your unique needs. Sometimes, we all need a safe, unbiased space to talk openly and grow in new ways just as we care for our physical health, prioritizing mental well-being is just as important.

As a member of the Latinx community, I recognize the importance of intersectionality in healing and strive to create an inclusive, welcoming space for everyone. While I am not fluent in Spanish, I deeply value working with individuals from all backgrounds and celebrating what makes each person extraordinary.

Outside of work, I’m a proud cat mom to two adorable furballs and a dedicated plant enthusiast. I always have a book nearby, come alive in the fall, and love K-pop! I also love when clients share pictures of their pets during sessions. No pets? No problem! It’s truly an honor to sit with you and support you on your journey toward healing and growth.
